This festival is organized by the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Odisha (Orissa) (HRAO), co-sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, the Department of Tourism, Government of Odisha (Orissa), Development Commissioner of Handicrafts and the Eastern Zonal Cultural Center, Calcutta. This delightful cultural festival has been able to attract numerous tourist and participants from across the globe and hence gained it popularity in recent years. Exhibition of Handicrafts, Handloom and Sand Art, Fashion Shows, Cultural Programs, Culinary stalls are the main attractions of this grand event.
